This involves lying on a massage bed. Himalayan singing bowls are placed upon the body and played. The vibrations, frequencies and sounds travel through the body, relaxing the muscles, calming the mind and releasing tension and stress. You are then wrapped in warm blankets and crystal singing bowls are played whilst you drift off into total relaxation and bliss.
