Lying on a mat, head on a pillow and body wrapped in warm blankets, be bathed in the beautiful sounds of gongs, drums, singing bowls and percussion. The sounds, frequencies, vibrations and energies of all the instruments flow through the body, allowing the whole being to go into a deep Theta state of relaxation. The body is allowed to rest, detox and heal. Each experience is unique.
Group soundbaths are held in various locations.

This involves lying on a massage bed. Gongs are situated at the ends of the bed and played. The vibrations, frequencies and energies flow through the body, releasing physical and emotional blockages, tension and stress. Drums are then played above and around the body to further relax, release tension, rebalance and reset mind and body.

This involves lying on a massage bed. Himalayan singing bowls are placed upon the body and played. The vibrations, frequencies and sounds travel through the body, relaxing the muscles, calming the mind and releasing tension and stress. You are then wrapped in warm blankets and crystal singing bowls are played whilst you drift off into total relaxation and bliss.

Using the therapeutic beat of the drum, release tension and free your mind and body. We begin with beautiful ceremonial grade Cacao. A wonderful heart opener. Giving thanks for Mother Earth’s goodness, centering the mind and bringing awareness into the space. You then choose your drum, whichever calls to you. Gently guided to build a relationship with the drum of choice. You then create your own rhythm to the music and move to your own flow. Drumming is incredibly beneficial to mind and body and is great fun too.
