Lying on a mat, head on a pillow and body wrapped in warm blankets, be bathed in the beautiful sounds of gongs, drums, singing bowls and percussion. The sounds, frequencies, vibrations and energies of all the instruments flow through the body, allowing the whole being to go into a deep Theta state of relaxation. The body is allowed to rest, detox and heal. Each experience is unique.
